It is a nice, lofty studio with bay windows opening on a large terrace in front of the forest and truffle oaks. Outdoor furniture and barbecue.
Three steps lead to the studio.
Kitchenette with microwave oven, refridgerator with freezer compartment, oven, double electric stove, kettle, coffe maker etc.
Large, comfortable 160cm foldout bed. Bathroom with shower and double sink.
Mezzanine with a 150cm double bed and toilet.
