In the main house, a 69 m² south-east-facing apartment with a superb view of the cliffs, the étoile de Moustiers and the valley, comprising :
Ground floor: 28 m² living/dining room with fireplace and antique beams. Separate, fully-equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, pyrolysis oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, etc.) with direct access to terrace and private garden. 1 bedroom with mezzanine measuring 10.5 m² (2 single beds or 1 king-size bed and 1 single bed on mezzanine with 1 closet). En-suite bathroom with shower and WC.
Upstairs: 1 bedroom with mezzanine, 11m² floor surface, with private shower (1 bed 140 and 1 bed 90 on mezzanine and 1 cupboard).
